Before coaching, I spent twenty plus years leading teams and partnerships in education, delivering social mobility and place based programmes and guiding others through growth, restructure, and uncertainty. I know what it’s like to care deeply about purpose — yet feel worn down by politics, pace, or the constant juggle between work and life.
