My journey toward coaching has been founded on a rewarding and challenging portfolio career. I have moved from self-employment to employed positions, building an expertise in programme and partnership management, mainly in and around education and training, but always with social mobility as a key driver. I have led teams through organisational and culture change, managed multi-million pound projects supporting training and development through to summer schools for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.

My values are equity, inclusion, collaboration and through my experiences working with people, managing teams and delivering successful social mobility initiatives, its no surprise, that when I started to look for a new career path after Covid, I landed on coaching.

I am an optimist who embraces change and transformation, I would say my super-powers are remaining calm and intuitive listening and setting up MIE Partners Ltd in 2022 to pursue my coaching business ambitions has been both positive and rewarding and I am looking forward to enabling my business to grow.
